GWS Medika Blok M Medical Center Achieves PARIPURNA Accreditation: Proof of Commitment to the Best Health Care
GWS Medika achieved another proud achievement. After its six clinics achieved PARIPURNA accreditation, now it is the turn of the GWS Medika Blok M Medical Center to confirm its quality by obtaining PARIPURNA-level accreditation from the Indonesian Health Center, Clinic, and Laboratory Accreditation Institute (LAPKLIN).
The journey to the highest level of accreditation is not an instantaneous process. Long before the accreditation, the GWS Medika Blok M Medical Center team worked hard to prepare itself. They conducted periodic internal evaluations, corrected existing deficiencies, and ensured that all procedures followed regulatory standards.
Every team member, from doctors and nurses to administrative staff, received intensive training on service quality and patient safety. This seriousness produced real results when the LAPKLIN team conducted an assessment on April 8 and 10, 2025.
The assessment was conducted by two professional surveyors, dr. Fredy Ied Fitriadi, M.H.Kes., and Apt. Endang Sulistyaningsih, M.Kes.
They assessed several aspects of the clinic, including document reviews, field observations, and direct interviews with clinic team on duty.
The surveyor team also paid close attention to each room, service procedures, and the attitude of the clinic team.
“We notice the high spirit of the clinic team to continue to improve themselves to meet the established service standards. Their spirit reflects that they prioritize quality in their daily clinic operations," said dr. Fredy is on the sidelines of the assessment session.
