Commitment to Excellent Services: GWS Medika Tanjung Duren Clinic Achieves PARIPURNA Accreditation

GWS Medika Tanjung Duren Clinic has achieved PARIPURNA accreditation, the highest level of clinical service quality standards in Indonesia.

This accreditation is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia No. 34 of 2022 and serves as proof of the clinic's commitment to providing high-quality, safe healthcare in compliance with government regulations.

GWS Medika Tanjung Duren Clinic is the sixth clinic established by GWS Medika, a member of Sinarmas. The clinic has been in operation since October 2024 and provides various health services, including Medical Check-Ups, vaccinations, immune boosters, and injection therapy for sexually transmitted diseases.

The Accreditation process: strict standards and evaluation

Every clinic that has a licensing document is required to undergo an accreditation process within two years of starting operations.

The main objective of this accreditation is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the healthcare provided, following government standards set by the government through the Decree of the Minister of Health No. 1983 and the Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia No. 34 of 2022.

To achieve PARIPURNA accreditation, clinics must meet three main standards set by the official accreditation body:

  1. Clinic governance (TKK)—Standards that ensure that clinic management and operations run according to good and transparent procedures.
  2. Improving patient quality and safety (PMKP)—Standards that emphasize the quality of service and patient safety in all medical procedures.
  3. Individual health service (PKP)—Standards that focus on the effectiveness of individual healthcare and compliance with medical protocols.

The accreditation process at the GWS Medika Tanjung Duren Clinic is conducted in two stages: online and on-site.

On January 24, 2025, the clinic team, alongside head office management, welcomed two surveyors from the Indonesian Health Center, Clinic, Laboratory Accreditation Institute (LAPKLIN): dr. Fredy Ied Fitriadi, M.H.Kes. (team leader), and dr. Maryono, M.Kes.

The assessment took about two hours and included document reviews, direct observations of facilities and services, and interviews with medical personnel and patients.

The surveyors provided valuable feedback to enhance services, and the clinic team also explained various operational aspects, from regulatory compliance to the quality of medical services.

A proud achievement

After a thorough evaluation, GWS Medika Tanjung Duren Clinic was declared to have met all required standards and was entitled to PARIPURNA accreditation. This success is a proud achievement and is a motivation for the entire team to continuously enhance the quality of healthcare for the community.

The accreditation event concluded with an exit conference, during which the surveyor summarized the assessment results and appreciation for the clinic's readiness and commitment to maintaining healthcare standards. This event then ended with a lunch session to appreciate the team’s hard work.

With this achievement, GWS Medika Tanjung Duren Clinic further strengthens its position as a professional and trusted healthcare provider in Jakarta Barat. In the future, the clinic is committed to continuing the best service standards and delivering excellent healthcare services to all patients.
