Hajj & Umrah Vaccination Package

Saudi Arabia is among the nations that require meningitis vaccination for visitors, including Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The "Meningitis Belt" consisting of Saudi Arabia and 17 other Sub-Saharan African countries, has a high prevalence of meningitis cases.

Gatherings of many people from various nations, such as during the Hajj and Umrah, increase the risk of meningitis transmission.

Therefore, the Saudi government mandates Hajj and Umrah travelers to receive the ACYW-135 tetravalent meningitis vaccination at least 10 days before departure. Proof of vaccination will be recorded on the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV), which is required to get a Hajj and Umrah visa.
