In 2024, GWS Medika participated for the first time in the Sinar Mas Digital Day (SMDD) 2024 event by introducing its three main business pillars: GWS Medika, GWS Wellness, and health technology innovation.
"By participating in this event, GWS Medika wants to demonstrate the adoption of technology in healthcare services," explained dr. Koh Hau-Tek, Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of GWS Medika.
"This event is also a forum for the entire GWS Medika team to continue to remind everyone of the importance of an innovative approach, utilizing digital and technological advances, and expanding our healthcare services," he continued.
Carrying an innovative vision in the healthcare sector, GWS Medika introduced its latest technology, namely AI Fundus, as well as the adoption of electronic medical record technology supported by artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the efficiency of clinic staff and strengthen technology-based medical examination capabilities, as well as support the sustainable development of GWS Wellness products.
AI Fundus technology is one of the solutions in the early prevention of chronic diseases, which shows GWS Medika's commitment to integrating artificial intelligence into its health services.
Meanwhile, with AI-powered medical record technology, the GWS Medika medical team can provide better services and spend more time interacting directly with patients.
In addition, GWS Medika's participation in SMDD 2024 opens up opportunities for companies to expand collaboration in the health and technology sectors while strengthening relationships with various business partners.
