
dr. Bhanu Adhyatmoko
Dr. Bhanu pursued his medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, from 2012 to 2019.
During his studies, he also earned a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci) degree from the University of Melbourne in 2016–2017. He later continued his radiology specialization training at Universitas Indonesia, where he gained extensive experience as a radiology resident.
As a radiology specialist, Dr. Bhanu has a particular interest in abdominal radiology and nuclear hybrid imaging, an area that also reflects his academic dedication.
In 2022, he was awarded Runner-up in the Scientific Poster Competition at the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Musculoskeletal Radiology Subspecialty Society (PIT PERAMI).
In 2024, he presented a poster at the Asia Oceanian Congress of Neurorehabilitation & Singapore Congress of Radiology and Workshops in Interventional Radiology (AOCNR – SGCR WIRES 2024).
On that occasion, Dr. Bhanu presented an interventional radiology procedure of stent placement in a post-kidney transplant patient with a pseudoaneurysm.
In the same year, he also researched the use of ultrasound in post–kidney transplant patients, and contributed to a multidisciplinary study on kidney transplantation in collaboration with the internal medicine department.
Beyond his medical profession, Dr. Bhanu is actively involved in social initiatives. He is part of Burung & Lebah, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about age-appropriate reproductive health.
