Dr. Dompak Sitanggang, Sp.PD is an internal medicine specialist who earned his medical degree from Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado.

He completed a four-year residency program in Internal Medicine at Rumah Sakit Umum Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou, Manado, where he developed a strong interest in gastroenterohepatology.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Dompak actively participates in research and scientific activities. At KOPAPDI 2022, he presented his study titled “Correlation Between Metabolic Syndrome and Cognitive Dysfunction.”

He also holds several professional certifications, including: Abdominal Ultrasound, Electrocardiography (ECG), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dompak is an active member of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) and a participant in the Universitas Sam Ratulangi basketball team, reflecting his commitment to maintaining both physical well-being and professional excellence.
